Interpersonal interaction between teachers and students — future teachers of preschool education

Abstract. The authors address to the actual problem of improving the quality of professional training of students receiving pedagogical education. The article clarifies the meaning and highlights the features of the organization of interpersonal interaction between teachers and students — future teachers of preschool education in the educational process of higher education. The described situations in which pedagogical interaction is carried out are based on a generalization of the experience of training teachers of preschool education. The authors single out four main directions for organizing the process of interaction between teachers and students. At the same time, the educational, communicative, didactic and developing potential of interpersonal interaction between the teacher and students is considered as a multidimensional process affecting various areas of pedagogical activity. The authors have noted the possibility of tracking the effectiveness of interpersonal interaction between the teacher and students through monitoring tools. Particular attention is paid to the individualization of education and its practice-oriented orientation through the implementation of individual educational tracks and the inclusion of problematic pedagogical situations in the educational process of higher education. The authors point to the multidirectional influence of interpersonal interaction on all subjects of educational relations. Consideration of problematic issues of organizing interpersonal interaction between teachers and students – future teachers of preschool education is carried out through the analysis of a wide range of literary sources and reflects current trends in the field of domestic education.
