Practice of using training simulators in the study session of advanced training courses for teachers of preschool educational institutions
Abstract. The article discusses the structure and content of the training session with teachers of preschool educational organizations at advanced training courses using training simulators. The article reveals the issue of the formation of subject, methodological, psychological, pedagogical and communicative competencies of educators in the field of designing educational goals and objectives for the events of the schedule of the Work program of education. A sample of a training session with the use of study sessions about adding the objectives of education to the Work program of education in the calendar and thematic plan of the basic educational program of preschool education is presented. The elements of the structure of the study session with the use of training simulators are described. The Links for working on training simulators using the eTreniki platform, learningapps.org are provided. Much attention is paid in the article to the experience of creating training simulators for mastering the basic values of education. Using the example of a practical lesson with advanced training students, the features of the organization of each stage of the lesson on the development by teachers of preschool educational organizations of new ways of designing educational work and the development of calendar and thematic plans taking into account the principles, approaches, directions of the modern regulatory framework in the field of preschool education are revealed. The article presents an approximate form of an individual professional development program for a teacher, which is the logical conclusion of a practical training simulator.
