The review of the problem of teacher’s ICT-competence in the foreign scientific research

Abstract. The article provides the overview of the problem of teacher’s ICT-competence and skills in the context of the digital transformation of society and education. The search was carried out in the ERIC database. Near 30 articles were reviewed (2006-2020). Also educational standards of teacher’s ICT-competence (UNESCO, ITSE) were reviewed. The problems of using technology by teachers are identified.
