Digital volunteering and its role in forming information security of the school

Abstract. The initial experience of implementing the project for the formation of information security of the school 156 of the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg by means of digital volunteering is presented. A brief description of the project is given, its relevance is analyzed and the expected effects are described. Special attention is paid to the particularities of digital volunteering which includes volunteering work of special community of adults and children via the Internet. The described experience could be useful for other Russian schools where the problem of providing the information security is actual.
