Benefits of using artificial intelligence at English lessons for 5th and 6th grade students

Abstract

The article discusses the potential benefits of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the English language learning process for 5th and 6th grade students. It analyzes the key aspects and challenges facing teachers and students of this age group and proposes specific AI-based tools and methods to effectively overcome them. The article focuses on aspects such as personalized learning, developing oral communication skills, enhancing motivation, and automating routine assessment tasks. Based on the analysis of modern literature and data from a hypothetical study, it is proven that the proper use of AI technologies contributes to the creation of an inclusive, adaptive, and effective educational environment that meets the needs of modern students in their learning activities. The article includes a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of using AI in grades 5 and 6 in the form of a table with detailed comments on the results of the percentages of several comparative parameters, which provides a clear understanding of the general conclusions of this article. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the structuring of the didactic capabilities of artificial intelligence, while the practical significance lies in the formulation of specific recommendations for teachers. Therefore, it can be stated that the combination of pedagogical mastery and AI technologies contributes to the formation of higher effectiveness of educational environment that meets the requirements of modern schools.
