Digital educational content within the framework of implementation of vocational school teacher’s reversible tactics
Abstract. In the conditions of digital transformation of secondary vocational education, innovative pedagogical approaches that contribute to improving the quality of future specialists’ training are becoming increasingly important. The article considers the possibilities of using digital educational content as a tool to implement the flipped teaching tactics, which is aimed at fostering students’ independence, critical thinking, and communicative skills. The study was conducted within the framework of experimental work at Kuzbass Pedagogical College and its partners. The organizational and methodological aspects of integrating electronic educational resources into the educational process are described, and their influence on the development of all types of speech activity is shown. The reversible tactics of the pedagogical college teachers’ activity has allowed to shift the emphasis from knowledge transfer to the formation of professional competences through a practice-oriented approach. The teacher has acted as a tutor and facilitator of students’ cognitive activity. The article demonstrates that the flipped tactics in the combination with digital educational content becomes a powerful resource for intensification of learning and allows to effectively solve the tasks of the federal project «Professionalitet». Special attention is paid to the practical orientation of extracurricular training and activation of classroom interaction. Recommendations on the usage of digital platforms and the development of author’s materials for teachers of secondary vocational education are offered.
