Implementation of the “My School” Federal state information system in the Kaliningrad region: experience, problems, solutions

Abstract. One of the key aspects of the article is the experience of implementing and testing of “My School” Federal state information system and its digital services in general education institutions in the Kaliningrad region. The authors of the article, who are regional project coordinators, provide a detailed description of their experience in involving all participants of the educational process in the implementation of the project. The results of the accomplished work in mastering and applying the functional capabilities of the “My School” platform in the educational process are presented. Additionally the article shows the results of a survey of teachers on the using of the platform, demonstrating the level of mastery of the services, teachers’ attitude towards the system’s functionality, and its effectiveness in the educational process. The authors of the article also share the results and successes that have been achieved through the implementation of the “My School” platform and its digital services. They point out positive changes that have occurred in the educational process, as well as the development of students’ skills and competencies. The article also highlights the problems faced by the project coordinators during the implementation of the platform. They suggest ways to solve these problems and share their experience in working with teaching staff. Working with teachers plays an important role in the successful implementation of the project, and the authors of the article provide a detailed description of their experience in interacting with educators and assisting them in mastering the platform.
