Features of mentoring in the information and educational environment of the professional educational organization

Abstract. The article reveals the features of the development of the information and educational environment of the State budget professional educational organization of the Kaliningrad region “Pedagogical College”. The information and educational environment is considered as a set of resources of scientific and methodological, educational and methodic support, information and telecommunication technologies aimed at a continuous professional and personal development of teaching staff in ensuring the unity and quality of the content of students’ training. The activity in this environment is provided by the principles of continuing education: continuity, individualization and differentiation in learning, subjectivity, integrity, openness, connection of theory and practice, interaction in learning, independence. The authors consider the acmeological approach in the implementation of these principles as a basic one. The variable and invariant components of the information and educational environment considered in the article determine the structure, subjects, technologies and tools of its development. The authors note that the subjects of this environment include a young teacher, an employee of an educational organization appointed to a new position, a teacher who has a long break in the professional activity in education, an experienced teacher, a head of a department or a professional teachers’ association, a deputy director, a director. In this article, the authors present the results of one of the studies conducted in the team of the professional educational organization. The research is aimed at studying the institute of mentoring as one of the effective technologies for the development of the information and educational environment and may reflect a scientific interest to the professional, pedagogical and scientific community.
