Regional pedagogical communities as a form of continuous professional development of teachers
Abstract. Methodological, substantive and organizational bases for updating the processes of continuous professional development of teaching and management staff were formulated due to changes made to the Concept of creating the Unified federal system of scientific and methodological support for teaching staff and management personnel (hereinafter — EFS). The concept defines the term of EFS as inter[1]related and integrated subjects of scientific and methodological activity in their totality, providing support for teachers in their constant professional improvement at the All-Russian, regional levels, the level of educational organization. The regional system of scientific and methodological support is represented by subjects, among others there are organizations of additional professional education — regional institutes of educational development, as well as regional professional communities (associations, clubs, etc.). Based on the analysis of the updated edition of the unified approaches of creating the system of support for pedagogical and managerial workers designated in the EFS, and the review of scientific papers, the experience of the Institute of educational development as a coordinator of professional pedagogical communities of various categories and profiles of teachers and managers on the organization of continuous professional development of teachers in the system of additional professional education is presented on the example of the Institute of educational development of the Krasnodar Krai, which celebrates the 85th anniversary of its formation this year.
