System and structure of integrated lessons at the stage of literacy teaching in the course «Russian language»
Abstract. One of the most important and complicated periods of primary general education is the period of literacy training, the aim of which is to teach children elementary reading and initial writing in the most optimal way for them. This article describes the features of the construction of the educational process at the first stage of language education of schoolchildren. The problems and possibilities of constructing literacy lessons are described. The expediency of using an integrative approach in designing lessons during this period of study is justified.
The article discusses the concept «system of lessons», compares the structural components of individual lessons in reading and writing. The place and types of speech activity in each of the above lessons are identified. The special attention is paid to the educational tasks that are solved at different stages of literacy teaching: initial, basic, final. Since the main aim of primary school is to teach a child to study, the author of the article pays special attention to the conditions for the formation of the most important neoplasm of this age period — educational activity by means of educational subjects. Based on the identified features of the organization of students’ activities in the process of forming elementary reading and writing skills in younger schoolchildren, the structure of the integrated literacy lesson is constructed.
