Institute of classroom management: request, realization, deficit

Abstract. The theme of educating a young generation refers to “eternal” ones as it is actual at all times. However, it is recently paid a special attention in our country. This topic is of concern not only to teachers and parents, but also to public figures, representatives of authorities, officials. Meanwhile, points of view are expressed very different, sometimes completely opposite, depending on personal experience, status and position. In this regard, conflict situations may arise both in the information field and in the educational environment. This article is an attempt to analyze normative-legal documents regulating the activity of a teacher in the field of classroom management in order to summarize the goals and objectives which form the state requirement to a modern classroom teacher. In addition, the article presents statistical data to identify priorities and professional difficulties of classroom teachers in their practical work.  Such a two-way analysis revealed the commonality of pedagogical and state position regarding educational work at school. This article will be useful for classroom teachers, principals and deputy principals of the general educational organizations.
