Implementation model of the upbringing program in the Kaluga region

Abstract. The implementation of a new upbringing educational program to all educational organizations of the Russian Federation from September 2021 provides the necessity to create effective mechanisms to overcome the barriers and risks associated with its installation and realization. The article presents the implementation model of an upbringing program into general educational organizations. Its realization, according to the author, makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the implementation process, its system and governability.
