Diagnostics of the teacher’s professional fulfillment
Abstract. The article deals with the problem of teachers’ professional fulfillment. Some terms are defined, some specific features of individual engagement in teaching process are highlighted, fulfillment attributes are studied using congruent diagnostic methods. The lack of research methods of fulfillment encouraged us to develop our own diagnostic test which takes into consideration specific features of teachers’ professional fulfillment and acts as an instrument for future research. The diagnostic test has been empirically proved to be reliable.
