Research of the professional burnout among preschool teachers of the educational organizations of Kaliningrad region

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of professional burnout. It presents the research that was carried out in pedagogical communities of preschool education in the Kaliningrad region. The research examines the manifestations of professional burnout, the behavioral and cognitive components of the teacher’s interaction in the professional environment. As the phenomenon of professional burnout is complex, the authors in their research analyze the possibility of its connection with the personal characteristics of teachers, such as communicative social competence. The psychodiagnostic methodology “Questionnaire of communicative social competence” by N. P. Fetiskina, V. V. Kozlova, G. M. Manuilov was used to know the level of communicative social competence of preschool teachers. The psychodiagnostic method “MBI” by K. Maslach, S. Jackson in the adapt version of N. E. Vodopyanova was used to analyze the level of professional burnout.
