Some aspects of the prevention of professional burnout of teachers in the conditions of the organization of training with the use of distance educational technologies

Abstract. The article is devoted to the syndrome of the emotional burnout of teachers in the professional sphere under the organization of training with the use of distance educational technologies. The main components of professional burnout as well as the main factors leading to it are considered. The analysis of the results of the survey of teachers was carried out, and the main stress risk factors that increase the chances of teachers to get a professional stress in the conditions of the organization of training using distance educational technologies were identified. Based on these results, the recommendations were created to handle the reasons and prevent professional burnout.
