Research on the emotional intelligence among preschool teachers of Kaliningrad region

Abstract. This article is about a problem of the interrelation between emotional intelligence and professional burnout. This work contains a data about the course and results of the research organized among preschool teachers of Kaliningrad region. The questionnaire test “EmIn” by D. V. Lusin and “MBI” adopted by N. E. Vodopianova were used to conduct the study. The results show different preschool teachers’ shortages and can be used for future guidelines and correction work. Preschool teachers, methodologists, kindergarten principles and psychologists could be interested in this article. They can use it for planning their future work in psychological education.
