About one difficult schooltaught orthographic rule

Abstract. Among many orthographic rules taught at school there are such ones where the cumbersome of wording makes it impossible to use them immediately in practice. Benefiting from the personal experience and analysis of educational and scientific literature sources, the author of the article proposes a simplified rational wording of one of the rules of spelling of Russian verb suffixes along with a transformable model that helps mastering the algorithm of use of this simplified rule.
