Self-knowledge and self-determination in vocational guidance of schoolchildren at the all stages of schooling

Abstract. The article presents a comprehensive approach to vocational guidance work with schoolchildren on the basis of the Early Career Orientation Resource Center formed through the sponsorship of Ministry of Education in Kaliningrad region in the network collaboration with Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. The main vector of work is aimed at the organizing of self-knowledge and self-determination of schoolchildren. The modern forms and methods of work at all stages of schooling are presented.
