Modern forms of professional pedagogical skills improvement as a part of the Regional project “For the pupils of the XXI century”

Abstract. The article summarizes the realization of the experience of the International project “For the pupils of the XXI century” having the aim of Kaliningrad regional teachers’ training in the issues of the effective methods of the pupils’ development of modern skills and soft skills. The article describes the modern forms of teachers’ competences improvement, using in the project implementation. These forms meet the Professional Standards requirements and the requirements of continuous improvement of professional skills of teachers.
