Organization of the work for improvement of education quality of the retraining courses students

Abstract. The article presents the content about the organization and arranging retraining courses for kindergarten teachers. The stages of the preparation of the courses, the organization of the independent work of the students and support in the preparation of the final qualifying work are revealed. The questions of the educational program content and the selection of staff for the program implementation are mentioned. The special attention is paid to the individual approach in the process of supporting the training of students in every stage of study.
