Modern methods of qualification improvement of German teachers in Kaliningrad region
Abstract. This paper is aimed to consider the question of the qualification improvement of German teachers in the transition to education standards of the new generation with the competence approach in all steps of the continual educational cycle. The modern requirements to the level of the professional training of teachers of German in Russia includes national and international education standards of the Bologna process. Institutions of the qualification improvement of the German teachers in Russia and in Germany provide the wide spectrum of the options for continual process of the increasing the professional level of the teachers with the use of different information and communication technologies.
