Comparative analysis of the class teacher’s job descriptions in the educational organizations of Kaliningrad region: from the form to the content of upbringing work

Abstract. The article presents the results of the comparative analysis of the class teacher’s job descriptions in the educational organizations of Kaliningrad region. The key factors affecting the effectiveness of their work are considered. The series of problem areas and deficits in the structure of job descriptions are identified. Possible ways to overcome them in order to create the conditions for the organization of the most effective activities of the class teacher are suggested.
