Distance-learning in the primary school: problems and perspective

Abstract. The article presents the methodological aspects, problems and perspective of the distance-learning at the level of primary general education. The variations of the organization of distance-learning during the implementation of the educational programs in frameworks of the Federal state educational standards of primary general education as a element of the compulsory part (80 %) and the part, formed by the participants of the educational process are suggested. The special attention is paid to the description of implementation form of blended learning as a way of the organization of the learning activities.
