Digital educational environment: the first results of the project implementation in the Kaliningrad region

Abstract. The federal project “Digital educational environment“ was announced by the Ministry of Education in 2018 as a target model for the digital transformation of education, together with modern digital technologies, providing secure access to verified content and ensuring the design of the educational process and its management at a higher quality level. The implementation of the project in Kaliningrad region began in 2019 — the first 8 organizations tested the proposed content distribution solutions, communication systems and integrated network solutions. In this article, the authors, coordinators of the project in the region, present the first results of its implementation in 2019-2020, and also discuss regional features and key tasks for the future.
