Organization of the personality[1]developing educational environment of the lesson as a factor of the development of the personality potential of the future teacher
Abstract. The article describes the experience of organizing the personality-developing environment for a class with a study group of the first-year students of Ural State Pedagogical University within the framework of the discipline «Workshop on self-organization and self-development». The educational environment of the class named «Psychology of self-presentation in the professional activity» was designed and organized according to its three components: organizational and technological, spatial and objective and social ones. It is suggested that the organization of such an environment is a factor in the development of the personality potential of future teachers. Before and after the lesson, the students’ personality potential indicators were diagnosed with the help of specially designed questionnaire «Student’s personality potential studying». The data was processed according to the Wilcoxon T-test. Significant shifts were recorded in 3 components of students’ personality potential (self-determination, realization, preservation). As the results showed, students saw the role of a social resource in self-determination and goal achievement. They noted the importance of building communication in new communities, self-worth and a positive attitude towards themselves. This position has affected the general self-satisfaction. It is important that after the class their emotional state improved significantly. Positive feedback about the class allowed to emphasize the importance of the organization a personality-developing educational environment in future teachers’ education. This article can be considered as a methodological resource for working with future teachers.
