Formation and development of psychological health problems

Abstract. The article examines the essence of psychological health in terms of various scientific approaches and directions. The analysis of the problem of the psychological health which had been studied by scientists from different countries over the centuries is given. The historical description of the research of this problem is presented. The use of the results of these studies in the content of scientific disciplines of the High Pedagogical School all over the world in different periods is detailed. The question about the need to consider this problem and the results of its research in the content of modern higher pedagogical education in Russia is raised.
