Impact of AI on the educational process: Pro et contra?

Abstract. The article presents a comprehensive model of supporting teaching staff at the stages of preparation, participation and post-competition activities in the All-Russian competitions of professional mastery. The relevance of the study is due to the current trend towards combining these competitions at both federal and regional levels, which requires a coordinated and effective interaction of all participants in the educational process. The model has a multi-level and multi-stage structure. The described multi-level approach ensures coordination of actions and support for teachers, taking into account the specifics of each level of management and the educational environment, which contributes to the effective solution of professional problems and improving the quality of the educational process. Testing of the model in the Komi Republic has showed its effectiveness: an increase in the number of participants, coverage of training events, teacher satisfaction with support was noted, and problems noted during disparate preparation were resolved. The model transforms the competition from a one-time event into a significant stage in the continuous professional development of a teacher. The model of support for teachers presented in the article can be profitable for methodologists and tutors of educational organizations, heads and specialists of educational authorities at the regional and municipal levels, teachers planning to participate in All-Russian competitions, and organizations of additional professional education.
