Educational area «Physical Development» in the content of the Federal educational program of preschool education: planned results and pedagogical diagnostics
Abstract. The article touches upon changes in the normative and methodological support of the Russian education system in general and preschool education in particular. The main emphasis is placed on the content of the new fundamental regulatory document — the Federal educational program of preschool education. The new document includes the main areas of development of preschool children, according to which educational activities should be carried out. Among the main directions physical development is included, which is represented by the educational area «Physical Development». The article describes a brief summary of the educational achievements of children in this area. Educational achievements, in turn, are the planned results (or age guidelines) within the framework of the implementation of the Federal educational program of preschool education in the educational area «Physical Development». The planned results are considered in accordance with the age stages of children’s development. The specifics of the physical development of preschoolers are reflected in accordance with their age characteristics. The expected age achievements of the child are presented in the form of a diagram from the point of view of his psychological readiness to perform motor activity, development of physical qualities and abilities, manifestation of independence. In conclusion, pedagogical diagnostics of the achievements of preschoolers is disclosed, an example of filling in the observation card of the child’s physical development is given taking into account the content of the Federal educational program of preschool education.
