Organization of work in a foreign language class
Abstract. The focus of the article is on the consideration of the basics of proper and effective organization of work in a foreign language class. The aim is to generalize own experience and scientific knowledge about the ways of building successful learning activities. The first part presents the reasons that explain the needs for teachers to form skills of classroom management, forming a successful and productive educational environment. The author also pays great attention to the basic postulates of effective management in preparation for a foreign language class. The article presents examples from own experience of pedagogical activity, which will help to greatly facilitate the work of young and more experienced teachers. One of the main difficulties for completing tasks is presented. The examples how to make the instruction exact and clear for students are presented. The proposed method helps the teacher to learn how to instruct students clearly and precisely. Another aspect of the productive lesson is the organization of different activities that contribute to the development of each student’s potential. The advantages of using different forms of work in pedagogical practice are shown. The article makes a conclusion about the necessity to prepare a lesson carefully at the stage of planning, paying special attention to the methods of organization of learning activities and professional classroom management.
