Best pedagogical practices as a basis for professional growth of a teacher of additional education for children

Abstract. The article presents the experience and results of the implementation of the best pedagogical practices at the Auction of Pedagogical Ideas in the Children and Youth Center “On Komsomolskaya Street”, Kaliningrad. The results of ranking the best practices of integrated projects and classes using common approaches in educational activities in creative associations of different directions are presented. The main results of the activity were determined: establishing the practice of interaction, creating a special system of cooperation with libraries, theaters, socially significant and educational organizations; continuity — the exchange of experience among colleagues on the use of innovative approaches in educational activities. Intra-organizational training is considered as a condition of increasing the readiness of teachers to share knowledge and professional development, implementation of author’s pedagogical practices and their transmission to the pedagogical community. It is shown how this aspect is important for the professional development of a teacher of additional education, his professional growth and professional communication. The results of the implementation of the best pedagogical practices, their innovative nature, have proved non-standard forms of work in the organization of the educational process are effective not only for the teaching staff, but also for students, they get effective tools in the pedagogical activity of teachers of additional education for children.
