Review of actual approaches to the problem of the formation of professional mobility of teachers of educational institutions
Abstract. This article examines various approaches of domestic and foreign researchers to the problem of the formation of professional mobility. The relevance of this work is due to the fact that today for educational institutions there is an urgent need for a flexible, agile and proactive specialist who is able to learn new techniques quickly, successfully applying them in practice. The importance of the problem under study is due to the increasing social tension in society and the state connected with the active manifestation of antisocial factors, such as: unwillingness to work in new conditions, lack of work experience, therefore there is a need to solve these problems promptly by attracting teachers with professional mobility to educational institutions. The article discusses the notion of professional mobility. It is understood, on the one hand, as a “purposeful and conscious process of retraining specialists” who will be more competitive in the labor market, on the other hand, as an ability that encourages a teacher to develop professional and personal qualities. The specifics of the formation of professional mobility of teachers is also highlighted. The analysis of sociological, pedagogical and psychological literature shows how domestic and foreign researchers approach this problem. The role of professional mobility of a modern teacher in his professional and personal development is revealed. The characteristic features of professional mobility are considered, such as flexibility, multitasking, innovation, self-organization and professional mobility. Based on the analysis of theoretical approaches to the problem, certain qualities that a modern teacher should possess are highlighted.
