System of hybrid education satisfaction of students at the university
Abstract. The article presents the results of assessing the organization of hybrid education satisfaction of students at the university. Hybrid learning is becoming an increasingly common method of conducting the educational process in higher education institutions. As part of the research, the opinion of 217 students of different courses and areas of study was studied. The influence of various motives of students satisfaction with the learning process in the framework of hybrid learning is pointed out. The difficulties encountered by students in this format were identified. The most common of them were bad connection, interference during the educational process and difficulty of completing practical tasks outside the classroom. Therefore, the identified difficulties are associated with both technical interference and weak “teacher-student” feedback. The advantages of hybrid learning are presented, among them the author highlights such as possibility to download training materials at a convenient time and the opportunity to attend classes online, i.e. in a student-friendly environment. The considered level of motivation showed that, regardless of the direction of study, most senior students are looking for opportunities for additional income, so studying disciplines in a convenient hybrid format is very attractive to them. Thus, learning in a hybrid format has both advantages and disadvantages. In connection with the development of Information Technology, there is a necessity to improve this format of teaching students.
