Diagnosis of focusing on the educational, disciplinary or personal model of interaction of children and students of a pedagogical university

Abstract. The results of an empirical study of a focus on the educational­disciplinary or personal model of interaction of school students and future teachers are presented. The sample has consisted of 139 students of a pedagogical university. The standardized method of V. G. Maralov was used to collect data. The presence of statistically significant differences between the samples was determined using the Mann­Whitney U­test. It has been determined that senior students have a positive trend in the severity of orientation towards a personal model of interaction with students, however, the difference between the first and fourth ­ year students is statistically insignificant. It is advisable to improve the personal and professional training of future teachers in terms of forming their focus on a personal model of interaction by actualizing of students’ experience in interacting with children, the use of reflexive teaching methods and technologies, involvement of future teachers in socially significant activities, inclusion of students in the social and subject context of future professional activities, involvement of teachers­practitioners in the process of professional training of students, creation of a humanistic educational environment at the university. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that its results can be used to improve the professional training of future teachers at the university.
